Includes a better (but not full) coverage of Duende Cove's dry bouldering (Pace Bend), a new 11a at Arbor Wall (Reimers), a small DWS spot that's good if the lake comes up two feet (to the 640' level), and route applications at North Shore. Includes misc. typo corrections.

I added a new DWS page to use in some national marketing. I wanted to be able to reference this page and make sure people check the water level before planning any trips to Austin.

In the final hours of editing, I made cosmetic changes to add more color on the pages,  turning the icons dark blue-purple and the footnotes burnt-red-orange.  This breaks up big blocks of crowded black text and helps people ignore or locate the icons and footnotes.
